Allure Luxe Travel helps you research, plan and arrange holidays, flights and other travel arrangements, but we do not take payment on this website and we are not the seller of record. Every booking made through us is processed and confirmed by InteleTravel UK and, in turn, by the relevant supplier, such as a tour operator, airline, cruise line or hotel. Your contract for the travel arrangements is with InteleTravel UK and/or that supplier, not with Allure Luxe Travel. Full booking conditions will be provided to you by InteleTravel UK at the time of booking, and you should read these carefully before you pay any money.
Because InteleTravel UK is a Member of ABTA, membership number P7384, bookings made through InteleTravel UK carry the benefit of ABTA's assistance and ABTA's Code of Conduct, and access to ABTA's independent dispute resolution scheme if a problem cannot be resolved directly with the supplier. ABTA protection covers different things depending on the type of booking, and does not by itself cover flight-inclusive holidays, which are covered separately by ATOL. Full details of what ABTA membership covers are available at abta.com.
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays arranged through us are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, run by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL protection does not apply to all the travel arrangements we can help you with, for example some accommodation-only, cruise-only, rail or car hire bookings. Where ATOL protection applies, it is provided through our ATOL protected partner, ATOL 4109.
Where a booking is ATOL protected, you will be issued with an ATOL Certificate as soon as you pay any money. This confirms what is protected, explains what that protection means for you, and states who to contact if things go wrong. Please read your ATOL Certificate carefully, and ask us to confirm before you pay whether, and how, your particular booking is ATOL protected.
Prices, offers, availability and itineraries described on this website or in our communications are provided for guidance only. They are supplied to us by InteleTravel UK and its suppliers, can change at any time, and are not confirmed until a booking has been made and accepted.
